What was the reason behind the name 'Apple Valley' ? It's definitely a more pleasant name than Lebanon Township, that's for sure!

Considering the average listing price for houses in the city, there are some fairly upscale places on the market as well. The 1.5 mil house looks amazing!

The Minnesota zoo is awesome! I take my kids there all the time. It's always exciting when they get new animals, too.
